Lucia Calvete
Executive Chef
Lucia is an Industrial Engineer graduate who worked for Shell Oil Company for five years, but always had a passion for food and wine. She moved to New York where she decided to follow her passion and enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education. She graduated with honors and went on to work as a chef in Nobu New York. She has been an advisor to several restaurants in South America and she later moved to Manage RVD an importer of wine, beer and spirits.
